Auto Club Speedway

In southern California the quick ABRS formula cars run on the fast and challenging 13 turn, 1.45 mile interior road course at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana California.   Well known for it's ultra-fast2-mile, banked, D-shaped oval outer track, it has hosted NASCAR racing events annually since 1997, and, after a few years off, the open-wheel Indy Cars return to Auto Club Speedway in 2012.  

Easy to get to, the speedway is served by the nearby Interstate 10 and Interstate 15 freeway as well as a Metrolink station located on-premises just behind the backstretch.  Completed in 1996 the huge SuperSpeedway has a grandstand seating capacity of 91,200, features 28 luxury skyboxes, and has space for almost a thousand motor homes in its sprawling infield.
